Our company has the facilities with a range of machinery enabling us to provide metal machining services:

• REPAIR & REFURBISHMENT of damaged or used machine parts used in the chemical, power, mining and
  food industries, such as tenons, machine bodies, pulleys, rotors, sleeves, toothed machine parts, etc.
• CONSTRUCTION of new (spare) parts or subassemblies,
• MANUFACTURING & RECONSTRUCTION of parts (based on existing parts or supplied documentation),
• COMPLETION of individual and unique orders. We have experienced staff and specialized machines, such
  as:

• LATHES – machining of workpieces 3000 mm long, diameter over table 800 mm,
• MILLING MACHINES – table size 1600 x 3150 mm, travel (X, Y, Z) 900, 250, 400 mm,
• BORING MACHINES – table size 1250 x 3120 mm, max spindle travel 1000 mm,
• GRINDERS for sharpening tools (milling cutters)
• SLOTTING MACHINES – table size 400 x 400 mm, ram vertical distance adjustment 250 mm
• RADIAL DRILLING MACHINES – max drilling capacity 50 mm, max spindle travel 1600 mm
• GANTRY CRANES, CRANES, FORKLIFTS,
• BAND SAWS – max cutting height 350 mm, table tilt 0-45 degrees

We prepare documentation for the reconstructed machine parts or equipment. The delivery of parts or
equipment for repair or reconstruction is discussed on an individual basis.
